I have to say that booking site and the owner did disappointing me and display wrong info that I felt that I was being cheated and that make this booking the most unsatisfying ever.. The worst booking ever. I did my booking using flight and hotel booking.. So during searching.. I choose this premise because of the price display.. After other comparison.. In view of we only need place for sleep..most of our activity doing outside.... No need for extra charges or expensive places... Somehow.. After I pay for the booking.. The owner contact me.. And that's when it all started. For introduction - he asked to pay deposit rm 400 (not even mention in the advertisement) - asked to pay rm 80 for cleaning fees.. (I check from the law.. I can't find any law that stated fees need to be paid by the customer, and again it was not even mention in the advertisement) - he ask me to pay extra charges rm 29/person/day not even care that the extra person is young kids... But its ok.. For this part .. I did not realised during booking because I am using flight+hotel booking. Only 4 of us are booking for flight.. So I forget to add other person who join for stay but I even inform him this and pay for that extra charges.. (also the price for extra person are not mention in web advertisement) I felt cheated and I did load a complaint to booking site..but nothing was done to protect me..nothing so.. Because payment already made.. I was left with no choice and I paid all that extra expenses..the owner ask me to pay deposit even before we enter the premise that for me was inappropriate.. Once I did my payment.. The owner then reveal regarding check in procedure..their check in time given at 4pm and check out at 11 am. So then we check in after 4 pm on 11/11 and check out at 9 am on 13/11.. We did put things back in order during check out. The house is ok.. But there are so many unnecessary thing.. But I did make extra care of the things and kept them away for kid. I felt so uncomfortable and insecure while staying there thinking that owner hold large deposit.. So we did everything with extra care... But unfortunately.. After check out. The owner accuse that we broke his basket thingy and charge us rm 50 for that...... That is ridiculous... How come he accuse us for that... I personally not aware of that things.. If you understand.. When you did something carefully.. But then something happened beyond your knowledge... That's so disappointing.... And even if it actually accidentally broke during our stay.. Is it really charge that much.. ? Seriously? If the owner is not calculative with me.. I don't really mind.. But he keep on charging everything despite our uncomfortable stay.. We cannot accept it.... If only I know.. I will notify him first.. I am that kind of person.. I believe in transparency.. And I will accept if that is my fault.. But this is really beyond our knowledge.. And we don't even know about it condition before we enter the house.. How can the owner confirm that it is not broken before hand.. Did he had any proof? I don't know.. I might also can be trick by him.. Did he had evidence that we broke it? It's not about that rm 50.. But there is no transparency in this process and the owner only want to gain and gain without thinking about comfort to their customer.. I might have other choices if he advertise actual and transparent info in your website.. The most annoying thing the owner did to me... He ask me to rate his place 5 star.. Until then he will return back my deposit.. Even ask me to screenshot of my rating and sent him as a proof so that he will return my deposit.. Do you think he deserve that..like seriously.. Until now I don't received my deposit.. Please avoid to do booking from this premise
