I absolutely love coming to Bera hotel this was my 5th visit. Everything is in the hotel that you could think of. The family pool is so good. Iram,Aya,Mustafa and Zubeyda arw so helpful. Any problem and there would sort it out straight away. I highly recommend this hotel. I am looking forward to coming next year again with more family inshallah.

We have visited Bera hotel 5 times and every visit is brilliant. We took some family with us this time and there loved it. There said there would always stick to a halal hotel. So much to do and the kids loved it. With my family booking Iram and Aya have us a upgrade and the loved the family rooms. Zubeyda was always around to help us with stuff. Mustafa in the food court was very helpful at dinner time. All 3 of our familys will be visiting next year again and inshallah we will be having more family coming with us. I do think the price in August is very high and that should be looked at.

This is my 5th visit to this hotel and this time i took some family with me. We all loved it. There is so much to do at the hotel that you would not get bored. At the front desk Iram and Aya was so helpful. Zubeyda was so helpful aswell.In the food court Mustafa made sure we had everything as we knew him from Algora hotel that was so helpful

The service at this hotel is good. This was my 5th visit. Iram,Aya and zubeyda were very helpful. If we had any problems there would help straight away. In the food court mustafa was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing holiday. So much to do that you don't have to spend money and go out to do stuff.

It's absolutely amazing hotels foods breakfast and lunch and dinner and sweets area amazing all halal this is my third timer I stayed hopeful next time I come with my grandchildren

Decent property but starting to show its age, friendly and polite staff, cleanliness was acceptable, during dinner the meat dishes were good, desserts were below average at best.

It was absolutely brilliant I want to say a big thank you especially to zubeyde, emane & Zehra lovelely all ways with a smile girls are really polite, helpfull & very friendly I will definitely miss them 3 & thanks to all the other girls aswell I will definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends for the great Muslim environment.

Staff and food excellent this is a first class hotel. However some pools need to be mixed bathing or at least one. The entertainment also needs to be appealing to all travellers.

5* Worth money but less then expected People very nice, True 5 * but not luxury , worth money, 5 nights , family room , very clean, spacious, ... Food good buffet but miss some good fish/ meat verity And high standards

Excellent hotel. All the staff were very good and friendly. They have all the amenities needed for men women and children.

In general staff was friendly. Good acommodation. Would like more facilities without extra payment.

The staff were very friendly. I went with my kids aged 5,9,12 and 13. The facilities were perfect , apart from swimming there was football and table tennis . Everyone in the hotel were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for those with families

Communication was difficult as not many staff members speak English but sometimes they managed to find an English speaking helper.
