Place was ok, but the shower was dirty. No toilet paper neither towels. The ac was not working properly

This is the biggest scam! Doesn’t look like the images! Place is filthy, run down, old. No AC jn lobby, walls are mass of paper so you can hear everyone snore! Place has construction, it is a mess!

Great staff. Breakfast was ok, Very minimum.

Yes it kept up cool, maybe just keep the pool open a little bit longer, but over all very convenient food and shopping places. Very safe to walk around.

Very clean, easy access to the hotel and easy to move around the area

My stay was fine and the staff was great. Clean rooms and nice pool area. My only inconvenience was the twenty minute drive to acapulco. I didn't notice the location when reserving and couldn't cancel my booking after completing my reservation.

No AC, terrible conditions

The management at Hotel One welcomed us when we arrived the room was very clean, took a nice hot shower, & the breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Many Thanks, Rick Hill
