We got some water inside the unit cause it was a storm that night, The living, bedroom, and bathroom got wet

For the cost, it is awesome. Apartment was well stocked, very clean....everything was beyond my expectations.

Great place I would have stayed longer but was sold out. I would without a doubt stay here again right from the reception the girls were great and answered all my questions. The room was great clean spacious and very comfortable bed and in a great spot in Guatape, plenty of restaurants safe to walk around etc.. It was a 2 bedroom suit and I was solo so would also be great for families. Highly recommended.

My stay here was comfortable and enjoyed the convinient location next to bus depot and plaza. There are 3 buildings that are part of the same hotel, and they dont have a reception desk, so make sure you have the name and number of person that will receive you. I didnt get that info because i had limited internet service when I reserved my rm the day before, so it was dramatic to check in. That was only glitch, other than that i enjoyed the clean and modern rm.

Très mauvaise expérience.. Par où commencer ? - L’appartement était sale (couverture tachées, vaisselles avec de la nourriture, cheveux dans la douche..) - Très bruyant : proche de la place principale, réveillé à 4h du matin avec des klaxons et les pétard - communication compliquée: la personne en charge de nous accueillir nous a à peine parler, après m’avoir demandé si le logement était réglé, et que j’ai confirmé que oui, elle passe un appel WhatsApp pour demander confirmation (l’impression de passer pour un truand plutôt qu’un client) - sécurité insuffisante : le verrou de la porte est difficile à fermer, la porte de sortie de l’immeuble se s’ouvre qu’avec la clef (on fait comment en cas d’incendie??)

Cómodo, aseado, queda cerca del malecón y el parque principal.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda.

El lugar es bien accesible, el terminal de autobùs queda al cruzar la calle. Son apartamentos completos aunque cuentan con una pequeña área de recepción. tiene una vista espectacular y hay un buen ambiente alrededor.
