A bit tired and dated but the service and food were good.

Overall a good stay. Negative: Pool was very noisy with kids. Some were in jacuzzi all for several hours. Breakfast area a bit dated. Bulding outside a bit dated but inside mostly fine. Otherwise would be a 5*

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and have a lot of things for kids to do. Only downside ia that the hotel had just opened for the season and was not fully ready. I recommend and would stay again.

Didn’t like the location and building conditions. To close to other properties. No intimacy. The smell of black mould hanging on exterior walls fills your room once you open the patio door. No coffee available until 8 am.

Very nice hotel! The meals were served family style and you received two full main courses.. It felt like you were eating home cooked Portogues food. The huge pool was amazing. The hot tub was not so hot but still very nice.

The property was lovely. We enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was good as well.

Booked specifically because they are a spa location. Arrived at 8:10 to find out the pool and jacuzzi close at 8:00 pm! Who closes at 8:00? They also don’t open the pool area until 10:30 am! Huh?

Pros: The front desk service was great as well as the cleaning staff. Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was just OK. It is within walking distance to a few really good cafe's and close proximity to the base. For the price, it was a good deal and I would stay again if I visit Monte Real again.

Nice hotel, very clean, but a litle old, for instance the shower has less pressure that it should be. There should be more indications about the location of the meals area and pool and, there was also no indication of the schedule of these 2 zones at the room.

A good stay, lots of amenities in the hotel such as a spa and a tennis court. Check was quick and friendly. The staff were very friendly and the dinner was a good price.

If you are looking for things to do in a city this hotel may not be the best if you don't have a car, but it's located in a nice little town with spa and pool that you can use. You have to book massages with a few days in advance but there are not expensive.

Funcionários sempre atenciosos, excelente limpeza quartos, todos dias toalhas limpas. Excelente pequeno almoço, funcionários sempre a repor. Piscina boa. Quartos familiares para 4 pessoas, parque infantil, sala de brincar. Hotel com bom ambiente.
