Varied menu, car park not very big

Clean room, small issue with layout dealt with really promptly with no fuss. Staff friendly throughout hotel. Breakfast fresh with good choice of items both hot and cold

Such a fantastic hotel, parking on site but small, there is a paid carpark right near by that is not expensive. The room has everything and more, beautiful furnishings. Lovely walk along the promenade.

The breakfast coukd gave been cooked better. The worst thing was the heat level in the room which we could not switch off. The whole hotel overheated it was horrendous in the room. We couldnt sleep. Guests should have the choice of heat on or off!!

Parking was very easy. The car park beside the Hotel was full on our arrival but there is a garage behind the Hotel which had spaces. All the staff are amazingly helpful, efficient, good humoured and alway go that extra mile. Great selection at breakfast whatever your options.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea. The staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight.

Room very acceptable. Clean and tidy and very good bathroom with all the goodies. Public areas getting tied and outside terrace in very poor condition.

Staff lovely, food great dinner and breakfast, well decorated and comfortable, very dog friendly. Only negative comment was tv bracket placement in room-hardly faced bed😂but we managed!! Room 217. View from room was good across rooftops and fields

Love this hotel - great position and we had a sea view room - love being able to wake up and see the sea!

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t up to the standard we was expecting, although the staff were all Lovely and attentive our room was cold with ripped bedding and was noisy at times, the food in the restaurant was disappointing in that the fish and chips tasted frozen fish and we expected fresh. There was also far too many dogs in the hotel , I think we were the only people there who didn’t have a dog however this does seem to be getting the norm everywhere! The hotel is in a great location and Aldeburgh is a lovely place for exploring.

This is a lovely comfortable hotel with superb sea views from front rooms and the restaurant which is excellent and has a fantastic menu.

Another excellent stay, very comfortable room and friendly service. Food was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge with a drink watching the seal go up and down the coast

Lovely clean hotel, beautifully decorated bedroom, comfortable bed, lovely staff and great full English in tge morning.

Friendly staff good choice at breakfast. Ordered hot breakfast from your table which was lovely to be waited on. Room spacious. Hotel handy for walking into town and on the beach. Lovely view of the beech from the hotel room. There was limited parking at the hotel but we got a space each time.
