Very clean and super friendly staff. Enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby and the shuttle service to the parks.

Wonderful hotel and staff, extremely clean and amenities were great , pool huge and warm Rooms were spotless with comfy beds and the transportation provided for the parks was second to none

We decided to book this for a last minute trip to Universal. It was easy to check in and the in and out parking was convenient. Having the bus shuttles and early entrance to the park were added perks. It was so convenient. The in house restaurant and Starbucks were all what we needed. The food in this casual kitchen was great. Though not one of Universal’s high end hotel, I love this place. Definitely coming back here. Surfside being a smaller hotel than Dockside was just right for my family.

Hotel was fresh and light

Hotel was run very well. I especially like the buses back-and-forth to the parks and their frequency. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was great with check-in and helping with anything we needed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! VERY clean and the amenities in it were so useful. You have a Starbucks, a quick service restaurant and pizza delivery to your room! What else could you want. The shuttle service to the parks were great and quick. It is within walking distance to a lot of places to eat as well. I will def be staying here again.

Awesome staff, welcoming and professional. Beautiful resort just a quick bus ride away from all Universal parks. Beautiful, clean room. Hotel is in walking distance to chain restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinners-but the hotel food was great too! Definitely would stay there again! Special shout-out to Thomas at checkin, your cheerfulness and complimentary free drink gift set the tone for a fabulous stay :)

The room was clean. Easy bus ride to the parks. I enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby as well. Didn't use the pool this trip, but it looked nice.

This resort is amazing to stay at and we plan on staying here again on our next trip. Everything from the staff, amenities, area & transport were above and beyond. Highly highly rate and recommend this resort to anyone planning an Orlando trip.

Everything was great, the gym was nice, the pool had an outside bar, rooms were spacious. House keeping came regularly. Definitely would stay here again.
