We enjoyed our stay here. Very good breakfast. Easy walking. very safe.

Check-in was very easy. Personnel were friendly, courteous and attentive. The place was very clean as well as the room. The only downside was the noisy fan in the room. Other than that, it was very cozy and made you feel like at home.

El encargado fue una persona atenta, demostró eficiencia, eficacia a la hora de atender a mi familia, he de destacar que ellos reciben a toda hora del día, hay un excelente desayuno te permiten escoger menu, si volvemos a la ciudad de Guatemala nuevamente ocuparemos el hotel...

The staff at Casa Salomé were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the central plaza, La Casa de la Memoria (powerful museum-- highly recommended), and other sites.

I got good help by the hotel stuff (Stephanie) to book my door-to-door trip from the hotel to Panajachel. Two problems in the bathroom: 1. Extremely strong chemical smell 2. The shower head had electrical heating system installed. While taking shower I put up my hands close to the showerhead I got electrical shock in my fingers!!!! To be sure I checked it several times. Each time I put my hands close to the showerhead I got electrical shock in my fingers. VERY DANGEROUS!

El lugar no esta abierto como anunciado. Llegue y estaba cerrado y tuve que encontrar nuevo hotel. Evitar

El lugar está en un punto céntrico, limpio, cuenta con parqueo y fueron muy amables. Solo en la noche alguien estuvo haciendo ruido, creo que era otro huésped

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca a todo, la atención del personal es excelente, el desayuno es bueno, el servicio de turco y sauna muy bueno y el tiempo que desees, el café de recepción delicioso, te puedes mover en taxi en Yopal es muy económico el servicio.

Cette établissement s’est préoccupé de nous lorsque le Guatemala a fermé ses frontières.... on ne peut pas dire la même chose de tous le monde ! J’espère que les gens concernés réviseront leurs services à la clientèle !

コロナウイルスの影響でホテルから出られない期間がありましたが、スタッフの方々が非常に親切で、無料の食事の差し入れ等、いろいろお世話になりました。部屋の掃除とベッドメーキングは毎日してもらえます。英語を話せるスタッフは一人だけいました。インスタントコーヒーを無料で飲むことができ、キッチンの電子レンジも使うことができました。

La habitación muy bien pero luz exterior prendida toda la noche y no hay cortinas que la eviten , pareciera de día todo el tiempo y es incómodo para descansar.

Lindas instalaciones. Habitaciones muy comodas y espaciosas. El personal muy agradable y amable. Desayuno muy sabroso. Cerca de la zona histórica.

problemas con el internet la señal era debil y en ocasiones no teniamos

Hotel muy lindo, tranquilo y limpio. Se trata de una casona remodelada en muy buen estado, cocina disponible por si gustas tú mismo prepararte algo, el desayuno es en un comedor en la calle a la vuelta, abundante y bien preparado.

Super Aufenthalt. Gut, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden und wirklich sehr sauber!
