The Owner very nice people

Given that the hotel was close to the religious sanctuary i was very suprised at the price it was very reasonable . Staff were very pleasant, rooms clean , bedding immaculate white sheets and comfy bed . No air con but the fans are very effective in keeping you cool and the hotel does state no aircon . The only 1 thing that bothered me was i could not see a smoke alarm.in the room . There was a smoke alarm in the hallway near to our door but couldn't see one actually in the room , maybe i was looking in wrong place but apart from that worth the money

It is really great, clean. People very friendly and always willing to help.

Comfortable beds. Nice balcony area, which was beautiful in the morning mist. Very hot room, as there was no air conditioner and that made it hard to sleep. If you can sleep in the heat, than a nice place!

The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is lovely.

At least minutes walk to.city center. Very limited.free parking. More to be desired. Very controlling hotel manager.

Lovely hotel and great host. He did recommend things to do in our visit to Lourdes.

Simple and good value for money. You can hear every sound from neighbouring rooms, but everyone seem to sleep early so the sounds are not that bothersome. The shower has small black patches (mould possibly) in a few places, but the room and bathroom are otherwise clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable though the small light from the TV can be annoying - I unplugged it at bedtime and plugged it back in when I awoke.

Is good for few days

Pleasant small hotel in Lourdes just outside all the hustle and bustle but walkable to the sanctuary and with easy parking. Friendly family-run ambiance with basic small rooms but quiet.

Has its own parking lot and free. Highly recommended for people who drive. No air condition but the price is excellent. Easy 15 walk to everywhere.

Very good , close location to Sanctuarium Mather of Lourdes. Great service at hotel, free parking space, great variety of breakfast , possibilities yo order food in advance for lunch nad dinner. We would recommend for staying with family as well with Pets.

O hotel é bem localizado e extremamente limpo. Aurnoud é um anfitrião gentil e prestativo. O café da manhã é sobre demanda, logo tem que solicitar e aguardar o fazimento.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à l'hôtel Saint Clair pendant notre pèlerinage à Lourdes. Ça fait la 2ème fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi contents. Les gérants sont très aimables. La chambre était propre et les petits déjeuners le matin sont très bien. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Hotel muy practico y muy amable

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme mais un peu éloigné du centre ville et de la Basilique. La chambre est propre, la salle de douche aussi mais elle est étroite. La chambre est mal insonorisée, on entend le voisin ronflé comme s'il dormait dans la même pièce que nous. Les gens claquaient leur porte même tard dans la nuit, parlent fort... Le petit-déjeuner n'offre pas assez de choix pour le "salé" (juste jambon et oeufs), par contre pour le "sucré" il y a plus de choix. Le parking gratuit offre quelques places non négligeables et appréciables. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant.

La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très confortable. Le gérant très courtois. Un peu de bruit dans les couloirs si on veut être tatillon mais nous avons tous très bien dormi donc pas des plus dérangeant.

hôtel agréable bien situé, la chambre bien bonne literie salle d'eau pas très grande mais fonctionnelle les patrons très agréable ,le personnel courtois et a l'écoute de vos demandes, un parking sur place et gratuit e qui est utile à LOUDES
