Was perfect

The room and building were beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. Though most staff didn’t speak English, they were prepared for us with a printed welcome and very patient with our bumbling Spanish. The included breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The only disappointment was that the out door jacuzzi was cold. It would be great in the summer but we were unable to use it in the winter.

Staff and location

The hotel is nice but they need better management. The staff is nice but there is no order, efficiency, and service is slow. It is clear there is a lack of good management to make the hotel what it should be because is a nice hotel but no organization and management oversight.

From the moment you step foot into this hotel, you feel transported to a different era. The personal experience with the staff was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels across the U.S. Their attention to detail, to your needs, and even to your individual preferences is unmatched. Their level of customer service goes above and beyond, and it’s truly a breath of fresh air to see that genuine hospitality still exists. This is the kind of service that should be the standard in U.S.-based hotels, regardless of their size or history.

Loved the decor. Excelent And accomodating staff

Everything is great. This is a very nice hotel. The problem I had is that the internet was not working well enough for video calls (or even for audio calls). The internet really was not working well with high latency, low bandwidth, and long pauses of zero bandwidth. It really needs to be fixed.

Out stay at Central Hotel Boutique was amazing!!! Staff was so attentive! Our room was very spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations!! Food and drinks were the best we’ve had in a long time!!

Upon arrival the check in staff were most welcoming! They explained the times for meals at the restaurant. The continental breakfast was delicious! Not your average fruit cup and regular juice. They really made it delicious and gorgeous. The breakfast meals that are separate were amazing! The food was so good we ended up eating there once more for breakfast and another time for dinner. The staff are so friendly and take pride in their jobs. The appetizers were some of the best highly recommend the Gouda and ham croquetas. Also the drink options were amazing as well. Beds were great! Slept amazing and the rooms are very well taken care of. Very clean and ac worked perfect! The rooms are spacious and have a personal feel to them unlike chain hotels. Will definitely be staying here on our future trips. The staff at the restaurant are some of the best I have ever had. They made it such a great stay on top of everything.

Highly recommend this place. It is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and very nice. The food and drinks are delicious, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!! Would not consider staying anywhere else in Chihuahua next time.

Will most definitely return.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and polite, and it was easy to communicate with my limited command of Spanish. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast I ate there was absolutely delicious.

UNA TREMENDA DESORGANIZACIÓN EN EL CHECK IN/CHECK OUT. Primer hotel que no puede tomar American Express al hacer el check in. Al final pedi el cobro en la AMEX y de todas formas me lo cobraron en la que “solo era para el deposito”. El evento del 14 de febrero TERRIBLE servicio. CABALLO EN LA PROPINA que la mesera “no sabia cuanto me debian de haber cobraro de propina”. Da pena regresarles la cuenta por SOBRE cobro.

This is a beautiful Boutique Hotel with a nice restaurant. The breakfast (included in our rate) was excellent. The staff was supper helpful pointing us in the right direction to book other trips to the surrounding areas. I will definitely comeback!

The hotel has a great location and style. Unfortunately our room was very noisy and we couldnt sleep well. Loud noises from the courtyard continued until midnight and started again in the morning while we were still sleeping.

I booked this property for the VIP perks. Upon arrival they told me there were none. Our “perk” would be a smaller king room with an additional twin bed. The lobby was extremely noisy after hours. Very small breakfast. Tiny room. Their jacuzzi did not heat up even after three hour of advance notice to please heat the tub. Maintenance was called multiple times. I brought my guests to experience the VIP treatment of Expedua and Mexico but was very disappointed. I wouldn't stay again.

This is one of the best hotels my parents ever went to it was fancy beautiful elegant they treat their visitors with respect and their breakfast you'll feel like Queen the beds the rooms are gorgeous you feel like you hit the jackpot I recommend anybody to go there don't waste your money for nowhere else this hotel this one is worth it every penny of it I give it 10 Stars

Unfortunately, we were in a car accident prior to getting to the hotel and therefore did really not have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful property.

The hotel takes a security deposit, which is supposed to be refunded in two business days. 8 working days later and it’s still being held, and the hotel has not been responsive to queries.
