Such a gorgeous place to stay with everything you could need to be comfortable and sleep restfully. Karolynn and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful and the breakfast they provided was outstanding - all you could ever want and more. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much.

This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Disblair House - the room was very comfortable with everything that we needed. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and everything delicious. Karolyn and Chris are delightful hosts - very friendly and hospitable. The lounge with open fire and honesty bar were an added bonus in the evening. We highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return.

Best kept secret in Scotland. Karolyn and Chris were fantastic hosts. We spent 1 night here but wish we had spent the other 9 nights here as well. Beautiful property and most comfortable bedding I’ve had outside my own home (including 4-star hotels). The breakfast was 5-star worthy. Worth the lodging price alone!! I told them they should charge more - I will figure out how to tip them…

A charming small hotel in a quiet country environment, with welcoming and friendly proprietors. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, very relaxed. Highly recommended!

I travel a lot for work, and it was great to find this little hotel off the beaten track. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of space. I used the link in the booking confirmation to find the hotel without any trouble, but take care to follow the signs.

Just an excellent place to stay. Nice room, fantastic breakfast, wonderful location and owners who really work hard to make sure every guest is well looked after.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! Disblair House was a peaceful pocket of history, Scotland hospitality surrounded in pastoral beauty.. deer, rabbits, birds and pheasant, wildflowers and lovely old hedgerows.

Did not expect this - way exceeded our expectations. It was charming, homely, and very comfortable. Only there for a few days, but we could havd happily stayed much longer. A good base to see this of Scotland from.

Karolynn and Chris were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The WiFi was the best I've ever had in a hotel, which was surprising given it's rural location. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide choice. Owners were very welcoming. Pets N/A as we didn't have any. Food at breakfast was excellent. Provisions in room for teas, etc. also excellent. Bed was clean and comfortable and the room suited us too. Absolutely no complaints and would happily stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful Disblair House was. The public area was extremely warm and inviting with a real fire in the fireplace each evening! And an honesty bar to enjoy too! The breakfast was beyond amazing. We felt very well taken care of. Chris and Karolyn were wonderful hosts!
