Friendly welcoming staff, nice little touches like decaff teabags that you don't often find.

My room was bright and clean. Very nice mattress, comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Well maintained, clean, conveniently located. Didn’t use laundry or breakfast services because add on prices seemed high.

Convenient parking with nearby bus service into the city. Room was very clean with helpful staff. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu.

15 minute walk from John Radcliffe Hospital

Warm welcome. I received an upgrade to a deluxe room for free. Rooms are clean. Shops are a walking distance away or one can take the bus. I had to look for a shop that operates 24hrs and I found one 15 min walk away.

The guest house was very comfortable. The owners have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to provide their customers with a host of information about the local area and its attractions. Freshly laundered linen, a clean ensuite with wonderfully hot water and a breakfast cooked to order, all contributed to a comfortable overnight stay. Parking at the rear of the house also contributed to a stress free stay.

Good Wi-Fi.. goid breakfast.. good place to stay if you have a relative at John Radcliffe hospital only 20 minutes walk .. good transport service to the town centre

Very good accommodation. Did not take any meals but the room was very good.

Noisy road outside even wearing earplugs.

Unfortunately the duvet had a very bad odor. I tried putting a towel over it but still could smell a very bad stench. Thankfully flipping the head side and feet side worked. It was jus a night so didn’t bother telling the staff. The staff was very courteous and tried to be helpful.

Given a room with flashing light all nite couldn't sleep reported it to staff went out returned to find staff entered the room tapped up the light above the door entrance had to call staff and report that the staff member tapped up the wrong light should not have been charged pay to sleep
