It was nice would definitely do again

the hotel is well located for our needs and provides parking. the decor and bar area is nice. frodge iron tea provided in the room which is good. our biggest issue was the lack of ac in the room. the weather was decent at around 20 degrees but the room was absolutely boiling hot 24/7. there was a fan provided which we had to have on all the time and the window did open but even with that it was far too warm. i woyld hate to see what ot would be like mide july at 25 degrees.

Friendly place

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also the staff were all gracious and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very good as well as the Whiskey bar. Particularly our server Elena who was a delight to talk to. The price is great for the value that you get. Highly recommend

The beds in the twin room were nice and big and comfortable.

Great location in city centre. On site parking-VERY tight entrance, payable at hotel. Comfortable room, can elect no room service if you don’t need it which is good. In hotel Chop House restaurant had good menu, service and atmosphere. Spa and massage was excellent. Gym room very quiet and adequate equipment.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and central location. Chop House grill and bar is brilliant.

The room was just as we wanted also being pet friendly was really good .nice location not far from city centre.a bit expensive to park car at hotel.

First time in Aberdeen and enjoyed staying at the Sandman. Well maintained hotel and convenient for the city. Breakfast was good, with a good choice. We only stayed one night so I can’t comment on other facilities. Note on Aberdeen. Taxis are very limited in supply and wait at the airport can take significant time. No Uber, there is a ComCab app that we used and was ok but again very limited actual taxis. Give plenty of time to and from the airport.

Lovely hotel , very modern, lovely rooms, comfy, micro, kettle, ironing board , iron hairdryer all in room. Sofa desk for working on and can be used for make up,drying your hair. Breakfast was great also, self service continental and full Scottish. The only thing that disappointed us was, lights at side of the bed very dusty and inside the desk where hairdryer is was dirty with make up spills, the make up mirror on the wall in the bathroom was loose. Very limited parking at the hotel, so we parked in the Bon accord centre and walked to the hotel. Overall say was great.

The are was a little in the rough side decided to stay at the Hotel for dinner as I did not want to walk around the area with my family, if it was just my self I’d be fine but definitely not with the family. The staff were lovely and did address our concerns with the rooms cleanliness. I have no complaints about the staff, however the room was not in great shape when we arrived and I had to talk to them about the state of our room which included a blood stain on our daughters mattress, chips and garbage underneath the pull out couch our daughter slept on, more garbage beside our bed on the floor and lastly dirty underwear in the corner behind the bathtub. They did apologize and were quick to help out with rectifying the issues which is why I say the staff were great!!
