An excellent value in a city short on affordable and comfortable options to stay. It’s nothing fancy but it’s in a very convenient and pleasant neighborhood with reasonable amenities for the price. Would recommend this strongly to families looking for a safe and private option that’s better than a hostel.

I liked the self check in and the independence, the email with the instructions was enough for the whole stay. The Camp Nou stadium is a short walk close to the hotel. The tv in the room is too small though.

It was a beautiful property, very spacious and close to the subway station. It was very convenient to stay there for me and my friends due to the space. Staff was great at communication and checkin was very easy.

Very nice apartment as shown on the pictures, the location is good - walking distance to shops, metro, bars and restaurants. The only pain point is the noise, the apartments are not soundproofed very well. Unfortunately we had loud neighbours in the backyard, but it was handled by our landlord very well.

Good basic accommodation, close to metro and nou camp. Nice area with very reasonable cafes and shops. Easy access to airport and centre. Please note rooms are with very bad isolation and too noisy. Basically you hear everything on the floor. We had very bad experience with next door party and then children just being children. If you are lucky maybe you could get a decent night sleep. Unfortunately we did not. Management was helpful but nothing much to be done.

The only think you should be doing was extra towels and extra pillows as were 4 people we only had one each.

The apartment was exactly as described. The room was bright, cool and spacious. There was a small terrace with furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped. Access truly was simple. Our only discomfort was the odd smell when the tap was first turned on. The building was in walking distance to Collblanc station, which connects directly to the airport. It's also in walking distance to Camp Nou. There were many grocers and restaurants/bars in the neighbourhood. It's a residential neighbourhood, not a tourist strip, so it felt very homey.

Everything was ok. Its located perfectly. Its clean

I was there for 3 night stay, location was perfect for going to the Nou Camp ( 10 minute walk away), the Metro 3 minutes away. I had apartment 1 which is at the front of the property so it was quite noisy at times especially on the saturday night as there is a small bar opposite, other than that a relatively quiet area. The lady who I dealt with, 'Polina' was spot on and couldnt be faulted as was 'Claudia' who dealt with the booking and the numerous emails I sent asking various questions. My son and his 2 children stayed a couple of streets away in a sister apartment by the same company, one day he left his keys in the apartment by mistake, he contacted 'Polina' and within half an hour she'd arranged to meet and get it sorted, this was greatly appreciated. Cracking little bar, the CasaTeva' just up the road who made us very welcome nice little park directly opposite as well.

The apartment is good, however I do feel they really need a Wardrope as cooking leads to having some of cloths smelling from the cooking because of not having a wardrobe. The area is very noisy from the bar opposite, 4am we woken up by a man shouting & also the next door apartment they made noises when they came back. The inside of the apartment is not bad

Pleasant surprise. Exceptionally clean with a small but functional kitchen (no microwave). The company was very responsive in setting up a time to meet and get the key to go into the unit. (Much like many locations in Europe, there is no check-in like at a traditional hotel) The bed was comfortable - the TV was quite small - to the point we didn't even bother to turn it on. The location is actually fairly good for access to various areas of Barcelona. Overall a nice stay - we would definitely stay there again. PS: Did we say it was clean - really clean!

I liked all of the furniture and avalible storage within the property. This catered for all needs. The kitchen was great Aswell as the bathroom

This property is in an excellent location within a residential area. There are plenty of amenities nearby and it is only five minutes walk from the Collblanc Metro Station. The property was clean, furnished to a good standard and had everything that we required for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at this little gem! The owners communicated well with us at every step and we were welcomed by a friendly employee upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

I was given a warm welcome by the cleaner who allowed me to change rooms as it was dark. The rooms in the photos looked bright and airy. The other room was smaller and just as dark with light coming from one door to the terrace which had a high wall so very little light got through. Effectively it was like staying in a basement. Whilst it was clean and modern, the manager did not respond to any of my phone calls or messages. I wasn't shown how to work the heater (it was winter and I was getting cold air conditioning) the oven stayed on after I switched it off and I couldn't find any plates or bowls. I phone the cleaner who was annoyed because it was past her shift so I was left to my own devices. The photos are deceptive. I have stayed in many places and don't normally leave reviews but felt the need to warn others and I would never stay here again.

It was away from the hustle and bustle of central Barcelona but on the main metro line. It is a straight ride on L9 to and from the airport and Metro is a real bargain.

Recebemos todas as informações sobre a estadia antes de chegar, porém não vimos ninguém no local até os últimos dias. A internet foi mudada e não nos avisaram no dia, somente no próximo dia. Apartamento muito bonito e aconchegante. Nos sentimos muito bem. Muito perto do metrô COLLBLANC.

Cet hôtel est situé dans une petite rue, une porte à code permet d'entrer dans l'établissement, qui ressemble à une entrée d'immeuble. C'est un lieu sans aucun humain! La chambre est assez jolie, déco moderne, sobre (c'est ce qui nous a plu sur le site), mais dès l'arrivée tout apparait tel qu'il est: bas de gamme et pas très bien pensé. C'est très exigu, et rien n'est pensé pour poser ses valises. A 4, la pièce devient vite invivable. Le seul endroit pour les vêtements est un portant, mais comme il n'y a nulle part où ranger les valises pour gagner de la place, autant laisser les vêtements dedans! L'espace cuisine est mignon, mais collé au 2eme lit, qui ne se plie pas (contrairement à la photo). Quand on mange à 4 c'est un micmac pour s'installer autour de la table, et après surtout, ne plus bouger! La salle de bain est vraiment très bas de gamme, peu confortable, peu accueillante, et encore une fois, quand on est 4 dans l'espace, on aurait apprécier une SDB plus sympa. Il y avait une odeur désagréable à notre arrivée, et le ménage, bien que fait, ne semble pas poussé. Je recommanderai de privilégier pour 2 personnes seulement, et de ne pas s'attendre à des prestations extraordinaires! Les photos donnent envie, le lieu est vraiment plus basique et moins glamour qu'il n'en a l'air. Cependant, ce n'est pas trop mal situé, et pour un séjour où on passe ses journée dehors, pourquoi pas. Personnellement, je ne reviendrai pas. J'ai été déçue et ne m'y suis pas sentie bien.

Excelente estadía. Cómodo apartamento se llega fácil desde el aeropuerto y cerca del estadio. Muy recomendable
