unclean Rooms, Dirty Cups, Linen, Towels Etc.

Restaurant “Tanatan” offers very tasty food options. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Very courteous and efficient staff. Overall a great place to stay in Kolhapur. 

Staff do not have sufficient knowledge on check-in international travel.
The Linen is dirty.
The locker in the room didn't work. They tried to repair it but not successfull
