Nice place to stay with private bathroom just a little noisy at night like any other place in this small town.

Room was very nice. Hotel was hard to find, but restaurant workers along the way gave good directions. Wifi ok. Room very noisy due to nearby busunesses' sound systems. Front desk moved us to a mucn better location. Very helpful.

Convenient location, however very noisy!! Windows do not close properly and the rooms are cold. Had to call for an extra blanket.

Clean and neat room. Would have like a warming plate for late night tea or a microwave in the room to heat up drinks or snacks

The staff at this hotel are the best I have ever come across and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. They help print tickets. They help explaining the area and machu picchu they even put breakfast on at 4.30am for the early starters. They keep your bags safe. They are the friendliest nicest people. Much better than expected the level of service was superb throughout. With this type of service they should be charging more!! The best place to stay in aguas calientas!!!

Good hotel but needs a sign stating it’s location as we and others had a hard time finding the hotel

The place is sufficient for our intention, a place to stay for the night. However when we were there there were many young people booked at the same time, and that created a lot of noise during the night. And there were litters all over the floor.

The service at this hotel is beyond expectations. We had accidentally printed our reservation for Machu Picchu rather than the ticket. The staff helped us sort it out with an abundance of patience. The breakfast is one of the better free ones you’ll find. The room itself is clean and large. The pillows are the best I’ve found in Peru! It’s a little noisy, but it seems anywhere in Aguas Calientes will be noisy unless you want to pay a lot. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

Black mold in several rooms, stinky shower water that was luke warm, tiny rooms, but very friendly staff. Noise everywhere with zero sound insulation. Spend more money and stay somewhere else rather than climbing the hill to this place. At least the internet worked well.

If you must spend the night in Aguas Calientes, all you need is a bed. That’s what you get here.

Stayed one night to visit MacchuPicchu early the next day. Check-in was great but TVs were not immediately working. beds, room and bathroom were clean but the furniture had not been cleaned, one drawer had some kind of sticky pinkish gel in it. They changed our room from a 4 people room in the back of the building to 2 2-people rooms in the front of the building to accomodate someone else... we were ok with the change but it was a little noisy. The building appears older and the window and bathroom ceiling were dirty. Breakfast was great but do not expect sausages just ham, cheese, jams, aovado and infusions.
