This hotel claims to be sound proof but we could hear the smoker next door coughing for hours and then snoring loudly. Our room was not sound proof at all. It also claims air conditioning but there were no vents in our room so I am not sure about that. Luckily it was cool when we were there, but if you open the window there is a lot of traffic noise. Unfortunately, those two problems are very expensive to fix.

It is not worth the high charge for very very basic accommodation. Food was fine. Not close to old town as advertised.

The hotel room was nice and clean and quite spacious. Unfortunately, no hand towels were provided, the shower door let the water out and made the bathroom floor very wet which is quite dangerous. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The breakfast offered nice food selection .

Easily 4 stars hotel not 3 stars only ( though hotel stars rating is arbitrary). Excellent water pressure and good shower corner/bathroom helps with short business stays saving time. Breakfast is vastly better than one expects, real effort goes into it, not a lot worse than famous LOFT hotel. Not to mention it was included in price. Areas for improvements can be slippers in the room without the need to buy them at the reception, changing bathroom shower head/hose once a year once worn and a better room lighting where some areas can be perceived as dimm. Having fridge stacked with at least some water can be useful. There was but welcome bottle on the table for free. Improvements for very minimal cost and noticeable gain. Top floors are dead quiet which is fantastic, room curtains allow for very good sleep. Generally better hotel than one needs for few days in a city. I stayed in 5 star hotels worse than this one. Staff is very helpful with yes we can attitude and true asset to a hotel.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We were impressed by the hotel!

It was all good. For 3 start hotel is very good. The pillows and mattress could be better. Other than that I had no complaint. Very friendly staff, clean and good breakfast.

Excellent family room and good breakfast

Very nice hotel. Breakfast has huge selection, maybe the best part of it. Unfortunatelly does not have restaurant, however across the street is a great restaurant.

Good basic hotel

No A/C. Rooms were too hot. Breakfast however was decent Check in very slow.

I stayed here for an overnight stop in Kosice. The hotel is located a short walk from the old town, and parking easy. Reception was excellent, breakfast is included and varied, fresh, and great quality. Hotel rooms are older, clean, but no air conditioning. A fan was supplied, but I prefer full air conditioned. I would rate 7/10, but at price it as great value really when you consider breakfast and parking is included.

Good hotel near Kosice sights.

The desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. very comfortable accommodation. I would definitely stay here again.

The separate sitting room adjoining the bedroom was a bonus. At the hotel we booked a taxi to the railway station but the taxi headed towards the airport!

The room was big and clean, the breakfast was good and so much variety.
