The shower wasn't hot and was only ever luke warm at best. Also the shower drain was clogged and the cap wasn't secured

Hotel is in a great location to explore the city. It was really clean, service was great and breakfast was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Great location with easy access to major attractions and a beautiful river and sunset view. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Following are the issues I faced: Lack of Transparency / Misleading Information 1. Access to the spa and swimming pool required an additional €20 per person, which was not mentioned in the listing or during the booking process. 2. A €1 mandatory per person per day local tax was only disclosed at check-in. This lack of prior communication puts guests in a position where they have no real choice but to accept the charge. Additional Concerns 1. I paid extra for a king-size bed but was provided with two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses separated during the night, causing discomfort and disturbed sleep. This does not meet expectations when a king bed is specifically booked and paid for. 2. The room was uncomfortably warm. Although the radiator was off, the air conditioning was not operational (only enabled later in the season). Opening the window was not a practical alternative due to significant noise from the nearby road, which further affected sleep quality.

Good location to explore old town by foot and easy acces for car transport going to the airport or further. The only thing I didn’t lime is the extra cost to use the pool but it’s seems to be the norm for all the hotels here. The pool is amazing and gym it’s pretty good

The breakfast was great!

Hotel lovely, room lovely but shower needs up dating due to low water pressure, breakfast has a great choice of food very close to riga centre and only 15 min walk from the train station.
