Second time staying here, lots of food vendors around, more shuttle buses but more passengers than last year

Location from the holy mosque needs to be considered for elderly people in case of walking. There are free-shuttle buses to the holy mosque but still need to walk a while to enter the holy mosque.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable place, it's near to Al Haram and they have a shuttle for transportation to and from Al Haram.

It was quite a good decision choosing Al Kiswah to be our hotel during last Sya'ban and the beginning of Ramadan umrah, whilst high prices and closing roads at surrounding hotels. My family and I could have a nice rest, the bus is here and there frequently, the lifts are many, the praying room is comfortable, and the washing room is available. Also, many groceries and restaurants are in the neighborhood with affordable prices. I hope the Wi-Fi and the washing room get better in the future. Syukron Al Kiswah.

Good experience to stay at Kiswah hotel.

There's a shuttle bus standing by in front of the hotel to Harom. Get off at the Jarwal terminal, and then walk back. Similarly, on the way back, walk to the terminal, get on the bus, and arrive in front of the hotel.

Only the wifi was running slowly, overall was good

Favorite hotel, always stay here when doing Umrah

5 days 4 nights, ROOM NOT CLEANED. TOWELS NOT CHANGED. MINERAL WATER NOT PROVIDED. ROOM FLOOR SMELLS OF URINE. There is a shuttle bus to the harom, but if you walk it is quite far, 17 minutes, and uphill

It was good hotel and comfort but just the house keeping when i asked for teabags or water its so slow respond and sometimes didnt answer

It's a bit far from the Grand Mosque, so you have to take the bus provided by the hotel.

Alhamdulillah, low budget is really suitable... The road is a bit uphill so far it's OK. There is a 24-hour bus and one runs every 5 minutes, the view is very clear of the Zamzam tower and the Grand Mosque. There is an Indonesian mini market, barbershop and restaurant... everything is complete... recommended for those with a low budget.
