Room was extremely hot and smelt dirty

The property is nice. The staff is really friendly. It’s located in outside of the island of Flores but not a bad walk. Had issues with our shower but luckily they fixed it. Good for a quick stay, served the purpose of providing a place to sleep. They were also able to hold our stuff the next day after check out which was nice.

Great hotel next to the bus terminal. Close to the local market.

Excelente alternativa en Santa Elene de Peten en Guatemala, el encargado de cuidar durante la noche bastante amable y con historias interesantes, las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, una bendición considerando el calor del lugar y con un precio cómodo, bastante cerca de supermercados, farmacias y puestos de comidas.

Realmente no lleno mis expectativas xq la cama rechinaba y era pequeña no había ni implementos de baño ni para bañarse no habían toallas y la otra habitación q me brindaron la cama era demasiado baja y no fue lo q yo esperaba... La otra vez q fui estuvo mejor x eso decidí hospedarme ahí pro esta vz fue pésimo espero pudieran mejorar xq algunas personas fueron muy amables..

Comodo para personas que van a desarrollar algún trabajo buen precio, gente amable yo salía 4:30am por motivos de teabajo y no tuve ningún inconveniente, lo recomiendo.

No es un servicio amable, cierran la puerta, tuvimos que pagar más por Aire acondicionado, lo apagan sin autorización.

Eme gusto la atención de los trabajadores no me gusto el drenaje qué pasa en la entrada que genera mal olor. No me gusto que me ofrecieron servicio de wi fí y casi nunca hubo señal
