Great place to stay and friendly staff! You can buy snacks there, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, with everything you might need. Great location as well. The only downside was the late check-in, but they kindly called us as soon as the room was ready, we really appreciated that!

great location, close to Amsterdam Centraal so you can easily walk there, many restaurants and shopping activities nearby. our room was quite large with nice amenities and had a wonderful view over the canal. museum tickets are available at the reception which is a great touch! this was my second time staying here and I'll definitely return.

The rooms are amazing. They are large and very nicely presented. The location is perfect. you are very fast on the main street but still you are at very quiet place. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at and I was thinking this before I found a hamper with a drink and a card in my room for my birthday during my stay. Location is perfect, room was perfect and the staff were friendly to talk, also gave me some local recommendations for things to do. There's a lift to the rooms inside despite the traditional canal house exterior and interior which gives an authentic feel on the canal. Nice view of the canal from bedroom window. Worth paying extra to stay here.

Pros: Location is perfect, just a 5 minute to Centraal station. Rooms are nice with good amenities. View from front facing room was excellent. Extremely quiet part of the city away from the bars etc. Cons: Pillows on the bed were laughably bad. Booked a double room and got 2 single beds pushed together. Stains on carpet were gross. Lights in bathroom and kitchenette were flickering constantly. Creeky floors and thin walls.
