Our third stay at the Lapland Hotel. Amazing as always. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Beautiful hotel with Finnish style and furnishings both in the common areas and the rooms. Our room requests were fulfilled and were ready even a few hours before check in which was appreciated. Great location in a central and elegant area of Helsinki walking distance to many sites. Great variety and quality of food at the breakfast buffet. We tried the on site restaurant for dinner one night and really enjoyed the local food dishes. The service was slightly slow both there and a few times waiting for a cocktail at the bar. The front desk staff were all very polite and friendly. Unfortunately on our last night there one of our rooms air conditioner units started to make a very loud intermittent noise which we would have tried to remedy had we had to stay longer as it was quite annoying to sleep with. Overall greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel!

Great hotel and a great stay. In an excellent location within walking distance of most of the major sites.m. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower had awesome water pressure.Excellent breakfast buffet with some creative food choices. Excellent customer service at the front desk. There’s a tram that picks up outside of the hotel that goes to the cruise ship terminal, which is very convenient if you were planning to take the ship to Tallin, Estonia. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and great stay

Awesome stay but there was no drawer for clothes. We stayed sauna room which was amazing but I wonder that removed space for drawers.

Excellent hotel with quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Slept very well both nights. The facilities are well appointed, and they have a great buffet breakfast.

The sauna was great, and the complimentary breakfast was superb.

A really wonderful centrally located hotel on a lovely tree lined street with the tram passing in front. It is very well designed and maintained. The room was comfortable and the shower amazing. The staff we encountered were all kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning before setting out to explore Helsinki. Would most definitely recommend and return.

Everything about this hotel was perfect from the moment I arrived. The staff at reception were very welcoming when i checked in and provided clear information about hotel services and dining options. My room on the 6th floor was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The bed was also very comfortable and I had some great nights sleeps. Noise from outside was minimal and I had no disturbances at all. Food in the evening at the restaurant was high quality and my favourite meals of the trip. Breakfast was similarly to a high standard and very enjoyable and plentiful. One of my best stays in a hotel over the last year and will look forward to coming back.
