Kitchen had all the items required. Rooms were clean. The staff at the reception went above and beyond. Great customer service. Provided options for paid parking as well.

Did not get the room i booked, was not notified about this until i got there, even though i booked 6 months ahead. it was too late for last minute changes and was given a room that didn't have enough beds. The Manager was friendly and assisted, but so much time was lost during this process which clearly could of been preventable. The discount rate was not applied in which i had follow up with numerous times in which they said has been processed. If i hadnt contacted wotif about the discounted amount to be refunded, nothing would of happened from Quest Burwood East.

Very accomodating for people escaping bush fire areas this week. Staff were great, rooms were great and loved that we could bring our dog. Thanks again

The property is pet-friendly. The balcony on each room and also the BBQ area were great. The kitchen had all the necessary tools. It was perfect and very comfy.

The room is otherwise excellent and feels private; however, its attachment to the adjoining space means we can hear a lot of noise from the other side. Could this be looked into?

Terrible. They do not value privacy, for example, if you have the do not disturb sign up they do not care and just come in. I also caught the maintenance guy with his hands on my clothes in the washing machine in the laundry, I asked him what he was doing and he said he was "going to do another rinse on my clothes because he wanted to test the machine". which was absolutely inappropriate and very strange. The staff took no responsibility for this and the maintenance guy came and yelled at me at reception when I complained. The staff didn't believe me, and then blamed me. The staff constantly lied and gaslit, Remy the receptionist was the most like this. They also did not tell me before I stayed that this was a crisis hotel. The dishonest attitude of the staff comes from the director Chris, who took no responsibility for any of this, and was very dishonest and a massive gaslighter.

I've stayed at this property many times. Staff are friendly, room is always immaculate. Quiet and would highly recommend staying here.

fully self contained and plety of room in the apartment

First time in Burwood East Quest. Everything was good except for a 2 bed joint together to make a king size bed it really hurts my back when sleeping.
