Aturan gak jelas. Proses checkinn ribet dan lama, disuruh transfer deposit dulu 1 apartmen 300rbu. Kemaren ambil 2 apartmen jadinya 600ribu deposit jaminan kunci nya, check inn nya lama terus check out nya telat gak lebih dari 1 jam mau di kenakan cas 100ribu per apartemen. Jadi mau di potong 200 deposit, akhirnya minta neggo 100 untuk 2 apartmen gak mau, jadinya di potong 150rbu. Sangat mengecewakan.

The outside TV can't be used, the room TV doesn't have a remote, doesn't get wifi access. The complaint service seems to take a long time so it disturbs rest time. Deposit refund of 300,000,- from check out time 9.30 am until the time this review was written at 21.30 there has been no deposit refund. Hopefully the service, cleanliness and room facilities will be given more attention.
