We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The game area was a big highlight, with plenty of fun activities fand best way to spend time with kids. The spa and sauna were ideal for unwinding after travel, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Overall, a great place to disconnect from a busy routine and enjoy quality family time. We would definitely visit again!

Great hotel located right next to St-Jovite aka Downtown Tremblant. We booked our room as part of a spa package at Scandinave (also great). Our room came with a mini fridge and there is a grocery store down the street in case you want to stock up on wine. Visited during low season (mid April) so the hotel was VERY quiet. We had the heated pool to ourselves app evening. Booking directly through the website recommended for the discounts on activities but heads up: you can do multiple reservations to benefit from multiple promos and they can combine it into one reservation as long as you pick the SAME room type. Great stay! No complaints.

Great hotel with some of the best staff I’ve ever met. Everyone is extremely friendly. I had an issue with the taxi and was going to miss my bus and an amazing employee raced me to my bus with no time to spare. Truly went above and beyond for me on this trip and I truly appreciate it. You’re in good hands at AX Hotel! Great views from the mountain view window as well!!

Good experience here. The heated pool and sauna were nice, as well as the Jacuzzi tub in our room. Super easy to get to the downtown area of Tremblant village. They have a bar/restaurant, but the food is more snack type plates, so plan to eat larger meals elsewhere.

I purchased a monthly pass here a few weeks ago specifically to have a quiet, relaxing space to use the pool and gym. Unfortunately, the management here does not respect your privacy or peace. While I was minding my own business and trying to relax, a staff member physically approached and interrupted me to demand my email address. When I questioned why I was being bothered, the staff member admitted they were sent because the Operations Manager, Kimberly Tassé, "wants visitors to have this receipt for themselves." I did not ask for a receipt. Using staff as proxies to monitor and disrupt paying monthly members under the guise of "customer service" is a highly passive-aggressive tactic. It made me feel singled out, watched, and completely unwelcome in a space I paid to use. This hotel is happy to take your money for a monthly pass, but their management will make you feel like a nuisance for actually "lingering" or using the facilities. If you want a truly relaxing, unbothered environment, do not buy the monthly pass here.
