For what you get, there is good value.

Accommodation not too bad but constant noise similar to running water. It affected the quality of my sleep

We had a pleasant short stay here. The location was ideal for our needs, and the free parking (available upon request in advance) was a great bonus. The property was clean, spacious, and offered clear instructions for self check-in and check-out, which made everything very convenient. The only downsides were the mattress, which we found a bit uncomfortable, and the fact that there was only one pillow per person. Aside from that, it was a great stay and good value overall.

Great stay at central location, half hour walk to city centre or €5 taxi. Everything works smoothly from check in to check out.

Great hotel for a city break and excellent location for exploring Sofia and transport links

I always stay here when I’m in Sofia, the team are great, self check in and easy check out. Ideal for the train and bus station whilst well placed for a walk into the city.

Clean but had a pungent odor from the rest room.

Property is close to the Center in a more quiet residential part. There is a nearby metro station and also it is close to the bus terminal and train station in Sofia. The apartments have appliances and utensils for even a longer term stay.

Very good hotel for a Sofia city break

Very affordable and clean apartment. Very Wi-Fi friendly and plenty of places to charge phone. Walkable to train and to downtown. Very quiet location. I recommend this place without any complaints!

Always a great stay here

We had a worse experience with this hotel. First the neighbourhood is very sketchy and unsafe. Moreover the roads pavements are so damaged that you can’t even walk around without looking down. The room was so small but the night we came back to the hotel my wife saw some cockroaches in the bathroom and I had to kill then. The very next day after our check in we decided to move in and informed about the dirty bathroom and room also about the cockroaches. As we automatically checked out in the early morning and we requested a refund but the manager wrote us a very rude email saying we should show him the problems and wait for him till he come there otherwise we wouldn’t get any refunds or compensation. As we travelled with an year old baby we couldn’t even bare with the uncleanliness of their room and the insects problem. We thought it was a nice hotel for budget price but we were deceived by the positive reviews which now seems so fake. This is a nightmare hotel and avoid at any cost. Not worth at all. And it’s so far from the centre as well.

I Had read the reviews before booking this property, then realised it was certainly not suitable for longer stays and without a car. The place is very isolated and public transport is available but average restaurants or any other major facility for holidaying is missing. The place may not be suitalbe for single ladies as it has not body in the property to even respond for any emergency except for phone number given.They also have a condition room service will be charged if called for within 5 days, for the money you pay better stay in a hotel even if the space is less.

Great location of this hotel for your trip to Sofia.

Apartment could have offered a few more amenities like coffee heater etc.
