The hotel location is near Kitahana station. Dotonburi area can be reached by walking for 15 minutes with 1 train ride. The atmosphere around the hotel is relatively quiet and calm. Around the hotel there are MOS burger and Starbucks which are open until 10 pm. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. They always greet us with a smile, even though we come home late at night after walking around. The hotel room is enough for the three of us with 2 large suitcases and 1 small suitcase. This is in accordance with the need that the room is only for sleeping. Bathroom with bath tube, very clean.

What I like is when the staff comes to tidy up the room. They don't just randomly tidy up our stuff, they just come to vacuum, change the trash bags, change the towels and pajamas and refill their soap and shampoo but I like that they don't just randomly move our stuff just because they want to clean the room. The best 👍.

The location is near the train station, the staff is very helpful and I can check-in early.

The location of the hotel feels close if you want to go anywhere, because it is close to Kitahama Station.

The school is very close to the station and Family Mart in the Kitahama area. Highly recommended. The atmosphere and shops give a different feel, not chaotic.

Location near train station - kitahama. There's supermarket & family mart nearby. Mos burger is less than 1 mins walk away. It's quite hotel as it's not facing the main traffic road. Clean & have coin laundry machine to wash and dry clothes. Would recommend

New factory, spacious room, compared to other hotels, next to the train and in a relatively clean area. But the staff are not the notes, what we ask for Must be recounted every day
