El hotel muy limpio, el señor de seguridad me ayudó con mi equipaje siendo bastante tarde cuando llegué. El desayuno muy rico.

Cuidado con los cuartos frente a las maquinas de hielo. Son muy ruidosos.

The property, the staff were excellent. The hotel WiFi needs an upgrade on security and a stronger signal . Decided not to use it because of these issues.

This property and their staff were super attentive and willing to assist. I traveled with my elderly mother who is on wheelchair and they ensured to accommodate her by immediately providing an assistive shower chair. assisted in the breakfast services to aid to my mother. assisted in providing travel services and assisted me with my car battery issues

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We came in late and there was a guard outside taking care of the cars. The breakfast is good but they have a small selection of food. The room was clean and everything worked. The only disappointing thing was that I left my Sonic Toothbrush there. I called right away to tell them about my toothbrush. I also called all week. And no they were not able to find my toothbrush. So either they have a bad management of items that are left behind or the cleaning service took it. So don’t expect to get your stuff back if you accidentally leave it in their rooms.

Excelente place and good service overall but room service (ordering food) took 2 hours and we had to cancel, and the pool had the water freezing cold

The hotel is what you can expect from the business oriented properties. There was one front desk clerk without any initiative to make things happen. We discussed this topic with the manager and got a proper response from her. Breakfast was way below the standards. Rooms are ok, nothing specially good nor bad. Check other options around, there are several that could be a better choice.

Room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good.

El hotel está muy bien. Creo que sólo me gustaría que tuviera centro de carga para vehículos eléctricos. Tampoco me gustaron las almohadas, pero eso es cuestión de cada quien. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien

Good clean property. Horrible organization during breakfast. They don’t have enough staff and had no plates or forks and people were fighting over the scraps of chilaquiles. There was one employee running around trying to do everything all at once. I felt bad for him, I stood waiting for him to bring plates for 10 minutes and I think he forgot because he was too burst serving coffee. I finally just left with no breakfast, showered and graves something at an OXXO nearby.

I would stay again. The front desl young lady this morning Very Helpful!
