Hotel has nice characteristics of what you would expect of the old city arquitecture. The balcony was great, nice spacious bathroom, be mindful that the toilet is open roof with the room, AC was good, and privacy great, the street could be npisy sometimes but thats normal in the city, but this area is away from the busy areas. It had a cooler, cute pool, staff very helpful and friendly. Hot water. Matress was so so, overall I liked it given the price. The floors could use a nice cleaning

Dust on the sheets from the work they were doing in the room, gave me allergies. Totally disappointing

Great location in the heart of the walled city. Staff were pleasant but not exceptional. They did not go out of their way to make me feel welcomed as I have experienced in other places but they were pleasant enough.

Nicely redone, old home to provide a quaint lodge Shower water not as warm as I would’ve liked, but Cartagena is always warm.

Loved this charming boutique hotel. Great location, easy to get to and very close to all the crazy touristy stuff going on in Cartagena without any major noise or disturbances. Very spacious room, wonderful staff. A must go and definite return address.

The hotel was really cute, clean and unique. The staff was really helpful. I loved the decor. The soaps were great! Breakfast was included and it was great! Room was spacious. Overall, great visit.

The staff was amazing very accommodating. Erick especially went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His English was perfect and was able to communicate perfectly. This is a very traditional hotel, captured the Cartagena essence 100%. Also it is a great location walking distance to everything.
