The inventory is a bit old,,, not well maintained

Strategic location for vacation or business, delicious food, clean rooms.

Staff is not very friendly, access is not good

friendly staff, but the luggage delivery service takes a long time to call, parking service takes a long time to input..😏

Pullman Jakarta is one of the iconic hotels with great surroundings, easy to access, and the staff are very helpful.

It's great, if you want to take your kids to car free day, it's not a hassle, just walk down and see Bunderan HI.

Good service except the room size is too small for a 5 star hotel.

Small rooms, like Oyo class hotels. Even though the price is almost the same as Kempinsky and Mandarin which are in the same location.

For family trips, it is not recommended, the rooms are very small, narrow enough to walk and there is only 1 electrical socket 😢

The location is very strategic to the surrounding malls, there are many choices, just walk, but the room is small, soundproof, good facilities.

Outdated property that is not fit for use, lots of stains on the bathroom & bed (Head Rest), not given the room as ordered, I have booked many times at the same level but this is the first time I was not given the room that I should have been in, instead I was asked for an additional upgrade even though the room was not fully booked, please convey this to the management because I am a regular guest, it can be checked on the booking system, thx

Well to be honest all the stay was good, i got upgraded to deluxe with city view. But for that room size hopefully the TV will be better i mean should be smart tv and good ratio. But apparently not so much… and the breakfast taste could be better. Cause i’ve tried in 2018 but suddenly not so good now. Hope to hear your improvement soon

It's our 3rd time staying here, we stayed at grand deluxe room. Front desk staff at the check in and check out process were very efficient and nice. I asked for the birthday decoration in the room for my daughter at check in time (last minute) and she was so kind to follow it up. The room is still spacious with extra bed, very clean and comfortable. Many choices of breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Overall is excellent

It was nice stay at pullman thamrin jakarta. The staffs were very helpful, the food was excellent. It just the ambience of the room still looks old school not like other pullman hotel which looks modern and minimalis. However, the overall rating is Good. Keep it the good work team! 👍👍
