I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at Hotel JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La, and the experience was both comfortable and convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent, directly connected to Tanglin Mall and just a short walk to Orchard Road and the MRT, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing environment after a day out. Cons: The television is outdated, not yet upgraded to Android TV

The room is clean and comfortable, especially the pillows are super comfortable. Location wise, it's not at the center of town (central Orchard) but a short distance to central Orchard (1.5-2 km), a 20-30 min walk. But, you can take the MRT from a station which is located right across the hotel and only 1 stop away from central Orchard. Must try is the seafood buffet dinner (for seafood lovers), they serve good quality of lobsters and prawns.

The hotel was near the MRT station and Tanglin Mall, not too far from Orchard. The breakfast options were quite good and tasted delicious. The room was a little bit small but enough for 2 people in one room. The bathroom is small, but the amenities are complete, and there is a hairdryer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located close to Gleneagles Hospital, Orchard Road, and the Singapore Botanical Garden. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and is well connected to Tanglin. It is close to the MRT and shuttle buses. The hotel has complete amenities. The breakfast menu is varied.

Its receptionist is so helpful that I will refer it to my friend and to my family, whom I meet to stay at the hotel if they go taking a vacation to Singapore. Its location is also near to the MRT station, just only 400 m from the hotel

I stayed in this hotel a few times. It’s a wonderful place to stay because of its strategic location. In front of the hotel is the new MRT Orchard (brown line), and the hotel is connected to Tanglin Mall, which is full of food tenants and a high-quality supermarket. Definitely, I’ll come back for the stay.

The cleanliness is good enough and MRT is just right in front of the hotel. Tanglin Mall is just right beside. Another thing, loved the shower water pressure.

More TV channel selection; Or maybe a smart TV with Netflix/Spotify installed would be nice.
