With a supermarket and top-notch restaurants just downstairs, plus a prime location, every stay is consistently exceptional. Keep up the amazing work!

Location is the best, easy and plenty options for nearby activities.

Initially I was hesitant to book here because there weren't many photos of the room on Traveloka. It turned out to be a good hotel, cool location, in the city center, nice view. The lobby is simple but luxurious. The hotel staff are very friendly. After entering the room, my son was immediately happy, he said "this is my best birthday" haha. Complete room facilities, everything works well, I asked for an additional bed, the work space was immediately transformed into a bedroom Complete kitchen equipment, clean, complete bathroom equipment. Breakfast has quite a lot of menus, but the best is the restaurant, very luxurious, with an executive lounge, Next, this hotel will be my choice when I go to Jakarta. Thank you.

Very spacious and well maintained. Did not look dated at all. Study room at the executive king is a big plus.

The rooms are clean, the facilities are really good, the receptionists and security guards are all friendly, those who bring the family are really suitable for a staycation here in the South Jakarta area and the shopping center, PI, PS, are all close, will come back again for sure! 😍.

Never ever. * Oakwood Premier Cozmo jakarta * was literally a joke. The staff and management are beyond a disgrace, the people working there were so weird. Receptionist are very very rude and angry persons with no managerial skills what so ever. The security and staff parking are rude too and just really didn't know how to conduct/speak to a peoples in a professional manner. The worst experience I've had with this hotel staff. Were incredibly rude and unhelpful! And before you ask yourself. "Can it really be that bad?" Trust me, yes it can.

Excellent stay as always. This hotel is my second home whenever my family are coming over. The breakfast are plenty to choose from, the taste is average but more importantly, every single one of the hotel staffs are very kind, helpful and professional. The room is as always very clean and quiet.

I don't have any better word to say about this hotel other than PERFECT! From the moment you come until to the moment you leave the hotel. Such a wonderful happy feeling. Just experience it yourself.
