There was still a lot of dust on the table. The sandals were secondhand. The carpet had holes in it.

Staying at the Grand Serela Hotel was an experience I don't want to repeat. The room was damp, the carpet was worn, the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, the room smelled, the AC was noisy, and there was no hot water. I was given a dilapidated room. Since I checked in late at night, I didn't bother complaining.

In essence, this hotel's facilities are inadequate. - The AC isn't cold anymore. - The water isn't hot. - The door lock is difficult to access with a card. I've complained about all of this. A technician came and checked, but only for the hot water, and his explanation was ridiculous. The AC and door were equally ridiculous. Overall, I don't recommend it.

The room was in dire condition. The sheets were itchy, the carpet dirty, and there was even trash left behind when we entered. A maintenance man suddenly appeared to be fixing the phone, though it ultimately wasn't fixed. The TV broadcasts were often scratchy. The curtains were torn. The sink faucet was broken, the hair dryer was broken, and the bathtub was dirty. The room was damp and smelly. Much of the furniture was worn out. The soap dispenser was empty.

Please keep the mattress clean, as the sheets are itchy. Also, the carpet on the floor smells musty. But everything else is fine, from the friendly staff, to the hotel's pleasant atmosphere for relaxing. The breakfast is top-notch.

Check-in time was pushed back an hour from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the room smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty, the faucet was broken, the bath towels looked like dirty napkins, and the atmosphere was haunted. My family and I were very disappointed with our stay at the Grand Serela on Jalan Setiabudi, Bandung.

It's not bad, but the room key often malfunctions and you can't get in. The bathroom key keeps malfunctioning. The room is okay.

According to the price and overall okay, I booked 2 rooms, comfortable enough for a 1 night rest after a busy tour in Bandung.
