Friendly and supportive staff, location near Jonker Street Market.

the staff is very friendly, i asked for a little late check out and was allowed. the facilities in the room are quite complete. the location is not right on jonker street, you have to walk quite a bit, close to dutch square.

very best everything is good. the hotel staff is also very good and friendly.. I am happy to be here. I will definitely come back

The room is big, clean. The receptionist is super friendly. Strategic location.

I've booked a room for three, but when I checked in I got a deluxe room with additional extra bed , they said the hotel is fully booked. Since it was the three of us, we decided to book a room for three so we can get service for 3 persons. At the end we asked for 1 more mineral water since the room was provided with only 2 bottles. The reception staff is quite nice but the housekeeping staff (a lady) was not nice at all. When she brought the extra bed and the additional bottle it was like she was being forced. The amenities also not complete. We have no toilet paper and body wash provided. We must ask the reception to give us , at the end we were provided with a little of toilet paper (not full). The shampoo bottle in the bathroom also looked like it was being used, really not nice. And it seems like they just renovated the hotel since we can smell the paint in the corridor, and it's not nice at all. Otherwise it is close to the Jonker Street so yeah I guess it's the only positive reason we choose this hotel.

The hotel location is very close to Jonker Street night market and eateries around the hotel.

amazing experience for 2 days 3 nights. value for money, very strategic location of the hotel not far from red building, kampung morten and jongker street. very helpful and friendly staff.

Stay was worth it for the price that we paid. Location was good, just that it gets really packed and booking rides were difficult. Room was great too, basic amenities are there.

Good place. Easy to park the car. But the housekeeper needed to clean the sink tub because it was very durty. Good reception. Very soft spoken.

For me ok, close to the joker, all okay ok, just hot water for me, and give me a slipper to the bathroom.
