Stayed with family for 6 days 5 nights. Very good experience with supportive people. Made our stay memorable. This property is in close proximity to the City Center and shopping street, and we had a good local outing. Very courteous and extremely friendly people.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I even asked for recommendations on where to get the best ayam geprek there and they gave me some excellent places. The room was clean and when I asked for extra bottles of water that come in these really nice glass bottles, they just send a person up with a few more. The food was okay, I do really recommend getting the tplm with breakfast, it's a whole elaborate breakfast buffet with plenty of vegetables and protein options. I find the food without the sambals a little bland. However, their pastries and cakes are of incredibly high quality, well balanced, not too sweet, and the fruit flavors really stand out. I liked them a little too much.

Favorite hotel, I've stayed here 6 times, highly recommended

This is the best hotel, perfect for our family with 3 children. Of the several hotels around Malioboro that we have tried, we will return to Melia Purosani. Check-in was fast, before 2 am we were given the room key. It is within walking distance to Malioboro, we can also go to Ngasem Market for morning exercise and then try riding Maxride (Yogyakarta-style bajaj) on the way home. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool and outdoor playground that are suitable for children. Ordering GoFood is also very easy because it is close to everything. The breakfast menu is also varied.

Our family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, overall it was okay, but when I got the right room for me, it smelled musty from the first time I entered, but I still stayed and the next day I went to CS to ask for a change and thank God it was quickly handled😘. Oh yes, I want to give a little input, if possible, put some freshener in front of the elevator because when I opened the elevator, the hallway smelled musty.

Overall the service is good, friendly, everything is okay, only maybe there are red stains on the spray which maybe the stains can be removed first.

The hotel is very close to Malioboro and Beringharjo Market. You can walk or take a horse-drawn carriage (delman) or pedicab. It's fun, especially if you have kids. The food at the hotel restaurant is excellent. Top notch, I'll stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.

Breakfast gave terrible service and a quality of food not expected for a 5-star hotel. I understand it was packed for Lebaran, but the lack of standard made me feel I was staying at a 2-star hotel.

The atmosphere is very calm and the location is in the center of the crowd, close to Malioboro, and road access to other places is very helpful.

In terms of location, Malioboro is just a short walk. Especially for a vacation in Jogja, it is close to the photo area, kebaya rental is also only 200 meters away. For access, it is also easy to reach without passing through the city center. The hotel is old, but the interior has been renovated so it is very comfortable, the toilet is also clean, there is a bathtub although it still has an old-school vibe, but it is very clean and the view of the garden area is also very nice. It's a shame I didn't try swimming, as for breakfast, it seems the chef is for western food, because many tourists stay here too, but for local flavors it is not very strong, but overall the service is very good and the service is also friendly.
