Very comfortable hotel to stay in. This is the second time I booked the hotel here for a business trip purpose and still counting. Located in the city center. Very nearby from every tourism city spot.

Check-in was difficult. The room booked was not available, and I had to wait over an hour for a room change. The Italian restaurant service was terrible, waiting over an hour for a simple pasta dish. Once it finally arrived, the prawn meat was green. I will not be eating or staying here again.

Convenient parking... No need to worry about parking when you're in or out of the hotel. It's very close to Malioboro, and it's also a souvenir center. The kids loved the swimming pool and the impressive garden.
