They said they'd get an early check-in benefit at 1:00, but it turned out we had to wait until 2:00. It was still okay. We arrived again at 3:30 PM and were able to check in, but we still hadn't received any towels or mats. We got them at 6:00 PM after asking repeatedly. Breakfast was limited, but the staff was nowhere to be seen. We ordered an egg omelet, and the staff disappeared for 10 minutes. Many of the food containers were empty and weren't refilled immediately. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. The plus points are the location, close to the airport, and easy access.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 4-night stays. The ambience was good, near the city, only the traffic sometimes crazy bcs its near the airport. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. But seriously the hotel room was not really clean, the floor like hasnt been mop bcs everytime i walk my feet get massive dirt, we had bathroom leaked as well was like almost flooding in the bathroom! the ac wasnt work so well, and loads of dirt around the room, and the breakfast was ok but less taste and the beans tasted off. Please improve, bcs u already have good ambience and friendly staff.

Hospitality very good, very quiet and near Kuta Beach, supermarket, and restaurant. So near to the international airport, too.

It's quite quiet for resting and the room is quite large at 35m2.

My recent stay at the Best Western was disappointing, especially considering its 4-star rating and brand reputation. While the hotel was clean, the furnishings and amenities felt outdated. The towels, in particular, were worn. The food quality was also subpar. I had a much more enjoyable experience at a 3-star hotel the following week, where the food and amenities were significantly better.

The location is not strategic, but close to minimarkets and the airport. The price is okay for the room you get. The staff is quite friendly. But the facilities are not optimal, the phone is not answered, the shower gel container is broken, the room is not ready (because there are no towels in the room), but overall ok.
