They said they'd get an early check-in benefit at 1:00, but it turned out we had to wait until 2:00. It was still okay.
We arrived again at 3:30 PM and were able to check in, but we still hadn't received any towels or mats. We got them at 6:00 PM after asking repeatedly.
Breakfast was limited, but the staff was nowhere to be seen. We ordered an egg omelet, and the staff disappeared for 10 minutes. Many of the food containers were empty and weren't refilled immediately.
Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
The plus points are the location, close to the airport, and easy access.
