Too many restrictions, both written (signed statements) and unwritten, are not family-friendly. A 7-year-old is considered an adult. They claim to be taking advantage of the holiday season, charging 400,000 rupiah for an extra bed, even though the room is actually 4xx,000 rupiah on Traveloka. I definitely won't be visiting this hotel again, as it's only luxurious on the outside and has had a bad experience.

I went there during the New Year holidays. Luckily, I booked well in advance so it was still affordable and available.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. It was a short ride to the city center, just a short car ride from a bentor (motorcycle taxi) or Grab (motorcycle taxi).

The AC wasn't cold at all, the bathroom smelled a bit, and the bed cover had holes in the bottom. The good thing is the strategic location, but the price is still relatively affordable compared to other hotels. Hopefully, there will be improvements to the AC.

This is my fifth stay here every time I visit Yogyakarta. Besides its proximity to Prawirotaman, I also love its quiet, quiet atmosphere. The receptionist is also very communicative.
