Our experience was below expectations. The room AC wasn’t working, and the repair took several hours. While the hotel did offer compensation—a fan or a move to a partner hotel with transport—the options were only communicated late in the afternoon, not earlier when the issue began. We chose to stay until the AC was finally fixed around 7 p.m. and checked out the next day. We kindly suggest improving the speed and transparency of communication to avoid similar discomfort for future guests.
