Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Also racist and extremely derogatory towards women.

Older hotel but worth thw value

Very clean and simple hotel, on the beach side. Room was spacious and clean, nice large balcony. 15 min Walk away from mega Park. We did took a bus for 2 euro to the downtown- took about 20 min. It is about 20 min walk to boat rentals. Location was great. Breakfast was simple with a lot of variety.

The staff of this hotel are very considerate and very humane. Even though we arrived late on the day, they were still waiting to serve us. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation, clean and tidy, and the staff have a very good sense of service. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant are excellent. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again and I will recommend it to my friends.

Staff were great and very helpful. Cleanliness of the room and bedding can be improved. When cleanjng the room, balcony should be cleaned too. Drinking glasses in the room should be cleaned and changed. Basic necessities should be provided, considering the amount charged.

The staff was great! They help with taxis, and one is usually available within 3-5 minutes. Food was good in the restaurant. Loved the view. Also really liked being able to shower and see the ocean. Would definitely return!

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds, great pool, hot water and ice cold a/c. Restaurant on site has great drinks (we did not eat here). Beach was a quick walk across the street and had beautiful views of the mountains. I would stay here again next time I visit the area.

Great hotel + stay!! Heavily German area though, faced a bit of racism

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are friendly, service is great, only downside is that the walls are quite thin so can be disturbed by others when they are making noise.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. From the cleaners to the reception staff. Reception helped book us a trip and transport and gave sound advice regarding the area and things to do and see. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and we had two lovely evening meals there. We would stay again. Thank you to all who work there 🙂

The hotel is amazing with and great restaurant. If you book the beachfront balcony room you will not be disappointed. It’s such a beautiful view. Close to many other restaurants as well.

We added the breakfast buffet to our daily stay and found it quite convenient

The walls are thin and you can hear the party goers a lot and at anytime of the day and night. The Germans were particularly loud. The hotel should enforce quiet hours. The staff were very nice thought.

Convenient hotel and very helpful staff. We had a nice room with partial ocean view. The room smelled from time to time and the shower leaked into the bathroom. However the hotel staff was quick to act and resolved the issue. Our room was clean but not as fancy as the photos, however we got a great deal and the hotel met our needs. Hotel brunch was great, restaurant was good. The pool looked nothing like the photos. Hotel is in a very convenient location and staff was awesome, I’d be open to staying here again in the future.

Good location, friendly staff

Great distance to the beach. Lots of mini supermarkets, bars, cafes a d restaurants on the doorstep. However it was very busy ( May visit) lots of big crowds and late night crowds of noisy German drinkers in big groups. Got woken up every night between 3-4am by other guests coming in. Room was okay. Not ideal if sharing with someone you’re not entirely comfortable with as the shower was in the middle of the room with glass all around it. Liked that there was refill stations for water around the hotel. The breakfast was good with lots of variety of hot and cold foods.
