Stinking Room wasn’t cleaned once. Bed sheets not changed

Staff on reception not really that friendly and can’t check in till 3pm. Bit late if you arrive early. Clean and practical. No iron and paid 5 euro to rent and never turned up at room.

Excellent apartment, clean, excellent beds bedding Towels. Proper hairdryer Housekeeping were fabulous.

Such a lovely time and would absolutely be happy to stay again. The breakfast's were great in the morning, the pools are lovely and such a big room too. A great location to explore the sea front but very quiet at night time.

Clean large apartment in a good location just up from the main strip.

Room ok, be careful when leaving

Apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no heat in the cold winter evenings so we were cold at night. The pool area was nice with entertainment during the day - I really enjoyed the saxophone player. The pool is not heated. The food from the pool bar was good. The hotel is in a good location. A couple of minutes down the hill to the main strip and beach and a couple of minutes up the hill to the bus stop to go to Arrecife or the airport. There is a supermarket next door which is really handy.

My parents really enjoy their stay each time we book Cinco Plaza for them, they had a large apartment with two balconies, the apartment was spotless, the staff are really friendly, beautiful sea view, they are booked again to stay in February

Check-in was a horrible experience. We were dealt with by a pleasant young lady but when we enquired regarding being allocated the room which we had previously stayed in we were referred to an older gre-haired

The food, cleanliness,quietness and peace plus the friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. We would be happy staying again at the Grupotel Cinco Plazas?

The hotel condition was ok over all, the appartment they gave us had the worst location, even we asked by email to have an appartment near the pool, and without stairs, because we have a 3 years old baby. The réception employees are not friendly, and don’t answer the guests requests.

Pool area could be cleaner , dirty and smelly on a couple of occasions, walkways could be cleaned also . Rooms clean, beds in my room comfortable, bedsheets clean.

Beautiful complex with polite staff. Very clean and apartment's have everything you need, even down to washing up liquid and a bottle of water in the fridge

Have stayed in better hotels. Hotel is average - good location and clean enough. However biggest let down is staff - unhelpful and unapproachable. Apart from entertainment staff that we couldn’t fault! They were great. However reception and bar staff left a lot to be desired. Also had a problem with cockroaches. Lastly - only hotel I’ve ever stayed in on the island in 20+ years that I’ve had to set my alarm to get a sunbed! Good and bad points - depends on your compromise!
