This is very lovely “Lapland and reindeer” theme hotel. The room was decorated nicely and had a nice lights. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet room to sleep. Their breakfast buffet has great quality selection. They also have free bike rental that I consider great because Oulu is a nice city to bike. This hotel also has a pool and sauna.

Fantastic stay all round

Had a wonderful stay in this light bright stylish hotel. Close in to all the central attractions and just steps from the fantastic cathedral. Nice Italian and Finnish specialty restaurants at the hotel and one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel. Recommend using the bikes at the hotel to cruise around Oulu and the nearby islands and forests and beaches !

Beautiful spacious modern room. Outstanding breakfast. Only negative is if you have any mobility issues getting to your room can be tough; have to carry luggage up and down stairs through a maze of corridors.

Great breakfasts with cheerful helpful staff (although no fresh decaf coffee). Complimentary bicycles up to 3 hours. Comfortable rooms with good bedding. Saunas are small and can get busy. Good location for Oulu centre and park.

The restaurant, Oula, was the best possible. Our room had the best of intentions, but the sauna and coffee pot failed. Overall an ok experience.

The hotel is extremely large but well located. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was a huge selection and the food was exceptionally tasty. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good but various groups eating there made it too noisy. Our room was adequate but the mirror attached to the wall in our bathrooms did not work. Parking was available but we had to pay for it. This hotel was perfectly acceptable but it was not my favourite. I prefer smaller hotels with more charm.

Breakfast was excellent and restaurant staff really took care of people.

Lapland hotel Oulu is ok but it’s a little too formal and music is very monotonous. The hotels restaurant is very expensive and dishes tiny.

Lovely room and good facilities too (the sauna was very good). And the locally inspired food was veut delicious and healthy too.

Great room, great bed. Quiet. Good part of town. Great food, especially the breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I’m in the area.

We loved our room with a private sauna. The breakfast buffet was very impressive, we loved all the variety & healthy options. The staff in the dining area were wonderful & most of the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location, easy to walk to shopping & restaurants.

Nice clean modern hotel. Lovely restaurant with good breakfast and also great dinner.
