Очень хорошее питание,пляжи песок,море с песчаным дном, шезлонгов достаточно для всех,много баров с хорошим алкоголем.очень красивая,ухоженная территория отеля Отрицательный момент: При заказе номера не понятно что ты покупаешь номер не на территории отеля, надо бегать через дорогу где нет даже пешеходного перехода. Туннэль вообще не приспособлен для людей, больше похоже как водосточная канава

Mediocre service. There is no air conditioner in the dining room. I do not recommend on this hotel.

Great water slides for the kids and diverse food options.

I didn't like the room cleanliness when we got it. the toilet was dirty with spots of feces. i like the facilities in the hotel and the service of the staff.

I booked a double room and got a single by the broom closet. I was told would be in same building as kids but two buildings over. Food not good!

Entertainment for big and small. Great dining options and big selection of food, great all inclusive. Kids had the best time with water slides and pool. We will definitely be back. Highly Recommend!!

Very good child friendly hotel with lots of water slide. The beach is very close. With our very fussy child it was very good with the all inclusive option.

we had great time at the hotel and in Crete. staff were helpful. facilities were good. our girl enjoyed the multi pkay ground and the pools.

Excellent , worth spending your money

Hotel was lovely, great standard of food. However, Wi-Fi was non-existent. We were also put into a smaller room because there was only two of us, yet we had paid for a larger room. Also made us checkout early.

Everything was great

The hotel is amazing for kids. The water park was great, water sport was fun. The beach i beautiful, andthdcand beverages were great for all family needs.. The staff seems to be a bit tiered from august-low patience rearly smiles...

We just finished a week-long stay with our two children at Star Beach. Overall, we had a great time. Pros: the housekeeping and food options are great. The Dionyssus pool and snack bar was very fun and the kids loved swimming there all day! Excellent location to the beach as well. The entertainment staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the magic show. Cons: This resort is going through a bit of an identity crisis. While it is very family-friendly, twice a week very loud rave music is played until 12am in the "VIP area" which seems to be catering to the 20-something crowd. There is also no information provided in the room regarding how to call reception, what the restaurants feature, map of the resort, etc.

Friendly staff, good food, though beach VIP music very loud and unavoidable, made getting kids to nap difficult. Misleading info on specialty restaurants, some places indicated à la carte, but were also buffet.

Very noisy and disappointing! Water park belonging to the hotel (reason for me booking this hotel in the first place), is not available as of 14h30, when the party with the drunk, young adult crowd from all over town (not the hotel guests), begins! Daily 'Tomorrow land' next door, has nothing to do with family friendly rest, hotel claims to provide. I understand, that the hotel wants the multiple source of income, but in my view it cheating the hotel guests that, don't come there to party....
