Very nice and clean rooms. So close to the airport Restaurants in walking distance. Miami Springs is a good neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel and if need be, I would stay here again.

Cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallways in the morning, around 7-8 AM. Fire alarm went off several times late at night during our stay. Parking lot could be cleaner. HVAC unit was unreasonably loud. Room was not bad, spacious, bed was comfortable,

Near the airport

The lobby area is very run down but the check in went smoothly. The hallways are very dirty with lots of debris on the carpet like it hadn't been vacuumed for a week or two. There was garbage left outside room doors that really stunk. The rooms were somewhat clean but they were definitely not great but better than the halways and the lobby. There were multiple people that were staying there that did not make my family feel safe. We were walking down the halway once when there was a VERY loud argument happening in one of the rooms. It did not feel safe or secure. When in our room we could hear doors opening and closing all night long. We will not be staying here again.
