The location is perfect! You’ll be right in the middle of Copacabana beach. Shopping and restaurants are one block away in any direction. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a room with a balcony. The views of the water are spectacular! Check in and check out are easy and they will accommodate early check in if they have the room. Overall, one of the best hotels on Copacabana Beach!

Great location and very good service. Very clean as well. Rooftop bar was nice as well.

The entire experience with the property was top notch, from the bell men to the personnel at the check in desk to the restaurant staff who waited at breakfast each morning

The only recommendation is not to stay in room 1412 ( 14th floor) because the pool house is next too and the pump noise is very annoying. All day and all night long.

My room key never work , I had to make sure I was not over charge , the driver from the hotel for a short drive over charge me the room was always not clean , the stuff not friendly . I do not recommend this hotel specially for USA
