Location next to the sea

The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. There were more choices than l have ever seen on a breakfast buffet. Additionally, there were several different choices each day to increase the variety even more. The view from the dining room is amazing. You are able to see the sea. The room as well as the property was clean. My one minor complaint is that there wasn't someone at the receptionist desk all the time. You could ask someone in the dining room a question though. The room is air-conditioned.

Everything was perfect, I was really sick and they kindly made a bowl of broth that really helped me. Highly recommend!

A small and cosy hotell. Really good food in the restaurant and the staff (family) were very sweet and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay. Really recomened this hotell if toy want a peacefull vacation.

The staff and location are the real stars here. They were fantastic. It's a very cute property, and the restaurant is lovely. The food is excellent. You can swim right across the street, and there's a great beach 50 feet away. I think the biggest issue is that it's a bit dated and doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to carry bags up several floors. Karlo did help me with our bags, so there should be someone to help out. I also found the shower tight and a bit small, but I see that all over the EU.

This was a nice hotel. Breakfast was great and paying extra for the balcony was well worth it. The location is walkable from Trogir - it’s flat but in the heat you need plenty of water. Parking is good and there are many bars and restaurants nearby however the hotel restaurant is also very good. Air con worked well Fridge was useful

Vi var det bare en natt, men både lunch og middag i restauranten var utmerket. veldig gode bademuligeter langs hele området. Litt vanskelig å få på aircondition, men etter litt prøving gikk det bra. Frokosten var ikke helt klar kokken 07.

We had a wonderful stay at villa tina The property is beautiful and so is the location. It’s right on the sea with beautiful views and they have a lovely restaurant too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.thank you we will surely come back and highly recommend this place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Tina. We loved the view of the sea and beyond from our large balcony just across the street. The staff and owners were so friendly and the restaurant offered an extensive dinner menu and a wide variety of delicious breakfast items for enjoyment inside or out on their large, covered terrace. The room had ample space for two (plus our luggage) with a very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet air conditioning. We noted that all spaces on the property were spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend:)

The staff was very friendly. We had to leave before breakfast time, so she prepared our breakfast bag in a hotel tote bag. The hotel is close to airport and the restaurant serves delicious meals.

Amazing beach front, family run property. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and many rooms are facing ocean. Breakfast spread was also good. You can step out if hotel into Adriatic coast! Trogair old town is also near by. Plenty of parking.

We needed an overnight stay between our trip to Medugorje & Bosnia and starting our live aboard cruise from Split, Croatia. Hotel Vila Tina was conveniently located close to Split airport for rental car return, yet on a quiet bayside peninsula with crystal clear water, delightful for swimming! Their restaurant was superb; our whole sea bass was fresh and delectable and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! I would certainly stay there again!

This is a pretty boutique hotel and across the street from many swimable beaches. The staff were very friendly. I’m giving a 2 star because we stayed the last night they were open for the season and there was a VERY loud staff party that went on until 3am. We had to be up at 4:30am to catch an early morning flight. We were not impressed that we were not notified of a late night party. There was also so much noise on the floor above us. Sounded like renovations being done. This knocking and banging lasted until about 1am. The walls are paper thin. If we had known this information ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else so we could get a decent night sleep before our 16 hour trek home.

Very good for early departure from Split airport

Got in late, had to leave early but in that short time they booked us a cab for the morning, got us some food and we’re amazing
