A vintage hotel close to Plaza Merdeka. Affordable, spacious rooms, and very pleasant.

The hotel room is big. The location is close to Merdeka Plaza and Borneo Museum.

staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. the room is spacious but the furniture and furnishings are old. only available tube TV which is not yet functional or not. the interior and design of the room are old and somewhat unkempt. the kitchen should not be used for cooking. dim yellow lights. comfortable mattress, good water. But the atmosphere is a bit creepy and scary. several times heard voices from nowhere. a bit scary. if you want to take this room, it's better if it's crowded. the location is very strategic, close to the waterfront, Indian Street and Merdeka Mall. just walk away.

Staff friendly. Came when there was an event at Padang Merdeka. So it's really close to the event. You can also walk to the waterfront. When I first stayed for 2 years, I still used tube TV. Now I've replaced the TV LED. Excellent. Will stay there again if I go to Kuching.

Merdeka Palace Hotel. The location is close to the city center. Close to Merdeka Plaza Mall, only about 5 minutes walk to the mall. Spacious rooms. And clean.
