Overall, Elmi Hotel is our family's favorite and we recommend it to our friends and relatives when we visit Surabaya for a long time. My late father, Major General Mas Isman, was a member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (ABRI) and a Kosgoro military officer. It's a very comfortable hotel, with few changes to date, but hotel policy is absolute. We often check in the same day past 12:00 a.m. with no additional check-out time. Please consider policies like price discounts that only make customers happy. On average, we book for more than two days. Elmi Hotel remains the best. It's a memorable place, from when my parents took me when I was single to now when I take my wife and children, and they wouldn't stay at any other hotel but Elmi. Always be successful, Elmi, keep up the good work. Thank you.

An old hotel with good maintenance, excellent cleanliness, and a fairly tasty breakfast with a different menu every day. However, the soundproofing is poor, as the sound of motorbikes racing at night is very loud until dawn.
