Nicer than a normal hotel, a down to earth resort giving great value for your money. Experience luxury amenities like private beach, expansive breakfast, beachside pool, sunset dinner on the outdoor balcony. The restaurant is higher priced but the food, service, and setting live up to it. After reading other reviews I was worried I would be staying in an old, run-down hotel but it was quite modern and up to date and I consider it a good location for a family vacation without spending too much money. My only complain is that during my stay in late May, I don’t think the air conditioning was yet operational for the season. The thermostat and fan worked but did not blow cool air. With temperatures around 30 degrees it was very hot to sleep at night, but if you opened the windows mosquitoes flew in and bit you while you slept. Also, they should provide a few more hangers in the clothes closet.

very classy hotel

Le Dune is a lovely hotel on one of the nicest beaches in Italy, Sabaudia. It has all the comforts of a beach resort yet it maintains a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The food is delicious. The dining area has terrific ocean views which includes the sunset. The location is walkable to the center.

Great location right on the beach, hotel is half a mile walk from local shops and restaurants. but the hotel is very dated. Staff friendly but not very helpful. Couldn’t use the safe and hairdryer unreliable with no replacement.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the beach was pretty clean. Wifi is not the greatest but the overall experience is decent. Pretty quiet night life but the hotel is very relaxing.

Good position on the beach but really outdated building and rooms. Staff was disorganized, rooms not ready on time and not prepared with correct bedding even though they had agreed to prepare twin beds in advance. Booking was for three nights but they had on record it was for one, even though everything had been prepaid. No pool or beach towels available until the afternoon...not very useful for a beach hotel. Very loud music in the property next door that goes on all day. Overall not a great experience though the beach in Sabaudia is very nice.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, direct access to the beach, excellent food, several very nice beach restaurants nearby, beach staff very well organized, friendly, beach not crowed and always in very good condition.

The hotel was beautiful, located in a marvelous place, and with friendly and polite service. Peaceful and fun, no complaints at all.

Second time I have stayed at this Hotel would recommend it. Great choice at breakfast.

The hotel is not 4 star in performance although has the potential. The service in the restaurant is not good enough and comes from having half / full board - the restaurant is paid already for the meal and so service at the table is not maintained.

Lovely, quiet location with nice facilities. Breakfast was quite basic continental but adequate. Service friendly and competent.

We were staying at the hotel begging of the October, so out of season time, and had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The hotel amenities, like pool and wellness were closed, but we had the beach and all the lounge areas almost for ourselves. The personal were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lunch and dinner menus delicious, but 90% of time without vegetarian options, so this is something that can easily be improved. The hotel could use some renovation, but also without it, one can appreciate its authenticity. All in all, very enjoyable.

Das Hotel hat eine optimale Position. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Es ist absolut sauber. Das einzige es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht hier und da ein Reperaturbedarf. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt auch wieder.
