bathroom was not adequate for safety no hand rails tile slippery toilet had stains etc. Sink had a crack. sheets and pillows were stained yellow.

Terrific location, clean and quite nice.

Staff excellent, easy check in and out, suite a big surprise thank you. Drinks on the terrace at night with fun bar staff. The 5 minute walk to the centre through the park is a must.

Everything was fine

The hotel was very close to the centre of the city and had the benefit of parking on site. It also welcomes dogs !! We chose a superior room with valley view but were allocated a room with no views other than more walls !! This said the room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Great spot for walking around town.

We paid extra for a Comfort room for two people - the tea and coffee offering were ridiculous - small paper cups with only one sachet of green tea or black tea available and milk pots that were so small they would not do for one small cup of coffee. For a Comfort room there was ONE comfortable chair and although the room was large there was very little in it and so it was somewhat unwelcoming. One pillow each as well is rather disappointing! Disappointing for the price I'm afraid. We have stayed at this hotel previously and had a much better experience.

Hotel was clean and easy to get to and from. The price for the food and drink from the fridge at night is very expensive, so be aware. I went to the restaurant for a beer one afternoon and there was flies all over the place. Would not eat there under any circumstance and put me off my beverage. The staff was very pleasant and i slept well however.

There was a problem at the entrance to the property when the gate was not working. And there was no hot water on the first full day of my stay. Once these problems were fixed, my stay was pleasant, with a good view.

Very nice room and bathroom. Nice staff. Nice view from the property. A bit of walking to go to the center of the city however.

The property was in a very run down condition and the room was very small, we spoke to the manager and asked to change room he just shrugged and suggested we left if not happy, not a word of sorry. We have stayed in better Formula 1 and for sure Ibis hotels for much less. If we had not prepaid we would not have stayed.

Nice, but older hotel. Got an upgrade which was great!

Property is simple and clean with no frills. Close to downtown.

What a wonderful location ! Easy walking to either night-life, good food, tourism, and nature. Our visit was just what we needed... a couple of days of simple, quiet, romance. Thanx ! Rusty & Eva
