Couldn’t sleep. Windows dont dampen sound on a major artery. Cars, music, people talking on the street 3 floors down kept us up all night

Great location to stay

Business friendly, but horrible staff. The shower leaks but good amenities. Would not return.

The staff's attentiveness and kindness contributed to the overall enjoyment of the experience. Nevertheless, the mattress was uncomfortable, the room was overheated, and the bed was inadequate for two individuals. The property is in need of renovation and appears to be outdated. In general, it fails to meet the standards of a four-star property.

Este hotel aparece como 5 estrellas en Trivago, claramente no lo es: La habitacion es pequeña, la cama estaba en muy malas concidicones, las toallas eran de mala calidad. El desayuno no ofrecia una gran variedad. Para resaltar la atencion del personal y la ubicacion.

Nice Hotel

Very friendly staff! The building is older the rooms aren't as nice as other places and my room had a weird smell. But the simple breakfast every morning was nice, and it's so conveniently located in walking distance to the conference center nearby. Really enjoyed getting to know the area!

Excelente hotel, pero en los cuartos cuyas ventanas dan hacia adentro del edificio todo el ruido del resto del hotel se siente fuerte. Cualquier ruido se oia muy cerca desde la puerta de otro huesped, o gente hablando por el pasillo, o inclusive cuando organizaron las sillas para el desayuno. La idea de quedarse cerca de la embajada era estar descansandos para la temprana cita que teniamos, pero fue demasiado díficil descansar con tanto ruido. Nos toco inclusive pedir a los huéspedes vecinos que por favor hablaran con la puerta cerrada.

The staff was terrible, the manager is a very despotic person, y was literally yelling at the hotel staff in front of all the guests, the work environment was terrible tense and we got stressed just by listening and watching how this Guy treated the employees, we will never go back there
